At Streetdrip, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how our return and exchange process works:


✅ When Can I Request a Return or Exchange?

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in original packaging, with labels and protective stickers intact.

  • The product received is not the correct size.

Important Notes:

  • We require advance payments on custom-made orders.

  • No returns or exchanges are available for clearance sales, mystery boxes, or special deals.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.


📝 How to Apply for a Return

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing at contact@streetdripwear.com

  • Each case is reviewed individually and fairly.

  • For defective or damaged products:

    • Email photographic evidence to contact@streetdripwear.com within 7 days of delivery.

    • Once approved, a replacement will be sent.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

  • A replacement fee of Rs. 250/- applies (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).

  • If the received product is defective, delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.


⏳ Processing Time

  • Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the item.

  • During sales or peak periods, please allow up to 14 business days.


📏 Size Exchange Policy

  • If you’re unhappy with the size, you can request a size exchange within 7 days by emailing contact@streetdripwear.com.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels intact.

  • White, neon, and beige/skin-toned items are not eligible for size exchange.


💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are available only if:

    • The product is damaged.

    • The product received is incorrect due to packing error.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.


🏷️ Sale & Discounted Products

  • Exchanges are only allowed if the wrong product was sent by mistake.

  • Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:

    • The request is made after the 7-day window.

    • The product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the customer.
