At Streetdrip, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how our return and exchange process works:
✅ When Can I Request a Return or Exchange?
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

The product is unused, in original packaging, with labels and protective stickers intact.

The product received is not the correct size.
Important Notes:

We require advance payments on custom-made orders.

No returns or exchanges are available for clearance sales, mystery boxes, or special deals.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.
📝 How to Apply for a Return

Notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing at contact@streetdripwear.com

Each case is reviewed individually and fairly.

For defective or damaged products:

Email photographic evidence to contact@streetdripwear.com within 7 days of delivery.

Once approved, a replacement will be sent.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

A replacement fee of Rs. 250/- applies (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).

If the received product is defective, delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.
⏳ Processing Time

Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the item.

During sales or peak periods, please allow up to 14 business days.
📏 Size Exchange Policy

If you’re unhappy with the size, you can request a size exchange within 7 days by emailing contact@streetdripwear.com.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels intact.

White, neon, and beige/skin-toned items are not eligible for size exchange.
💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are available only if:

The product is damaged.

The product received is incorrect due to packing error.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
🏷️ Sale & Discounted Products

Exchanges are only allowed if the wrong product was sent by mistake.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if:

The request is made after the 7-day window.

The product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage caused by the customer.
