Shipping Policy

At Streetdrip, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, securely, and with care. Please review the following shipping guidelines before placing your order.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • No processing or shipping takes place on weekends or public holidays.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on location and order weight.

  • For returns or exchanges, a replacement fee of Rs. 250/- applies, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


Delivery Timeline

  • Local Delivery (within Pakistan): 3–5 business days after dispatch.

  • Please allow additional time during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details (if applicable).

  • Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.


Custom Orders

  • Advance payment is required for custom-made items.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the design and production requirements. Estimated delivery dates will be provided during order confirmation.


Delivery Delays

  • Orders may be delayed due to courier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • While Streetdrip is not liable for courier delays, we’ll assist in tracking and resolving issues whenever possible.


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are entered accurately at checkout.

  • Streetdrip cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect address details provided by customers.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Email photographic proof of the issue to contact@streetdripwear.com.

  • Once your claim is verified, a replacement will be sent, and delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.


Important Notes

  • No returns or exchanges are offered on clearance sale items, mystery boxes, or special deals.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
